Coaching is forward-focused and goal-directed.

Coaching is different from therapy because in therapy you will focus more on the past and present. Psychotherapy is more focused on helping you heal from the past and current issues, and coaching is focused on getting you to your desired future. With coaching the coach partners with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.
